This is a practical conversation. We’ll look at what’s actually going on, what’s getting in the way, and what would make the biggest difference right now.

In those cases, a concentrated 3-hour strategy session is a better fit. It gives us the space to diagnose what’s really going on, work through the options properly, and leave you with a clear direction and practical next steps you can act on immediately.
