A structured approach to building high-performing, inclusive teams.

Is your team working hard, but not quite working as well together?

The Working With Me™ Approach is a practical way to reduce friction, improve communication and build a more sustainable, inclusive approach to performance. Designed for founder-led growth businesses, public and third-sector teams navigating change, this structured approach helps people understand themselves and each other and equips teams with the tools to work better together.
