Who delivers this approach
The Working With Me™ approach is designed and facilitated by Jill, founder of inpurpose. Her background ranges from managing large operational teams of 50+ in fast-paced commercial settings to leading high-performing teams in the public sector and in politics. Jill brings a rare blend of practical leadership experience, systems thinking and people insight, along with a sharp understanding of how to get teams aligned and working better together.
As someone with an ADHD brain and a strong advocate for universal design as a tool to build high-performing, neuro-inclusive teams, Jill is driven to create environments where everyone can contribute without constantly explaining or adjusting. She’s delivered this approach with countless teams across business, public, and third-sector organisations and brings warmth, clarity, and sharp facilitation to every session.
