  • The approach works best for teams of 4 to 20 people. For smaller teams or larger groups, we can adjust the format and pricing to suit your needs.

  • The main session is a half-day in person. Team members complete a short pre-work exercise beforehand. Team leads will also join a 30-minute discovery call and a follow-up check-in.

  • You’ll receive an engaging team handbook that can be updated digitally as and when your team changes, personal manuals for each team member, a toolkit to support next steps, and a check-in three months later to review progress.

  • In-person delivery is recommended, but a remote version is in development. Get in touch if you'd like to explore a virtual option.

  • Yes, yes, yes! The approach is grounded in universal design. It supports a wide range of working styles and reduces the burden of 'explaining' often placed on neurodivergent colleagues.

    The full Working With Me™ Approach is delivered at £1,565 for teams of up to 8 people. For teams of 9–14 participants, the price is £2,085. For larger groups (15–20 participants), the price increases to £2,475. All rates include preparation, facilitation, team materials, and follow-up support.

Her background ranges from managing large operational teams of 50+ in fast-paced commercial settings to leading high-performing teams in the public sector and in politics. Jill brings a rare blend of practical leadership experience, systems thinking and people insight, along with a sharp understanding of how to get teams aligned and working better together.

As someone with an ADHD brain and a strong advocate for universal design as a tool to build high-performing, neuro-inclusive teams, Jill is driven to create environments where everyone can contribute without constantly explaining or adjusting. She’s delivered this approach with countless teams across business, public, and third-sector organisations and brings warmth, clarity, and sharp facilitation to every session.
