I’ve spent over 20 years leading teams, fixing systems, and helping people deliver. I’ve led businesses, shaped policy, advised politicians, mentored founders, and built my own ventures from the ground up.
And in every sector, the same thing shows up: Businesses grow, but their systems, team structure, and leadership habits don’t. That’s when burnout hits, progress stalls, and everything depends on one or two people keeping it all afloat.
